I was wondering if any of you wear a bra while spleeping ?
Some of my friends do, some don’t.
And is it bad to do so? I mean maybe it’s not very healthy to wear bras that often.

I never sleep with a bra on, theres no point and if you have underwiring it’s is apparently bad for you to keep it on at night.

I sleep with no bra on.
My mom is an oncology nurse, and she tells me that apparently having a bra on for so long, with the underwire, can be a cause of breast cancer.

I don’t though I have done so in the past. Once. For convenience. But I just wear extra thick flannel pyjamas when I’m over at someone’s place or somewhere I’m unfamiliar with, at night. It’s very comfortable :)

usually I do just because I don’t think to take it off. I like sleeping without, though. But basically it just doesn’t matter. :0

if I’m not home I’m more likely to say yes I do while sleeping, but generally no… it’s uncomfortable and I feel suffocated in a way.

I do not! I hate how the underwires poke me; I just feel like I can breathe better with it off! If I’m at home there is a 50/50 chance I won’t have one on. -Mc

Personally no, and I’ve heard that for aesthetic reasons, your breasts will look better longer, if you don’t wear one. However, I heard on the radio recently that there are actually ‘night bras’ that are for different things, for example, one to stop a wrinkle forming between the breasts… But it might just be a ploy for money hahaha.

We All Wear Them ... BRAS!

Let’s talk bras. Most of us ladies wear them on a daily basis, but we rarely talk about them. So … What’s your go to everyday bra? Do you shop at Target or Victoria Secret for your bras? Do you like padding, lace, or no underwire? Do you only own sports bras? How many bras do you own? Do you always wear sexy bras, or only for special occasions?

Personally, I don’t like much padding, but I do wear an underwire for support. I am always attracted to lacy bras, but the few I’ve bought have been itchy. So I usually stick with basic cotton bras. I don’t like beige or white bras, I try to go for fun colors. In the past I would buy cheap bras from Target and Kohl’s. Lately I’ve been splurging for the comfort and durability of Victoria Secret bras.

Now let’s hear your bra story! :)

Replies:

Same here, I would buy cheap bra’s from target etc. I stumbled in to Victorias secret one day back in January when they were having an awesome sale. I tried some on, and I found the perfect fit, I bought a few, and they are my go to bras. I’m planning to go back for more.

I love lace, colors, and textures. Mostly sexy bras for me lol.
I love unpadded, underwire bras, which are the kind I got.
I have quite a few bras (about 8-10), 2 bralettes, and 4 sports bras.

i wear padded bras most of time. I do own wired bras but never really wear them only because it’s uncomfortable. I could never resist lace bras. They just look so gorgeous! i have like crazy neon colored bras. Yeah, I dont really wear sexy bras, haha. Anyways, I usually stay away from patterned and embellished bras. You won’t be able to see patterned bras ( unless wearing a white tee) and embellished bras just seem useless to me. I do splurge on bras because I wear them everyday and need to be comfortable.
